Frank Bogaert
Frank Bogaert is a strategy development and implementation consultant with over 25 years experience in consulting and industry, and has served clients in a variety of industries, including building products manufacturing, contracting, and automotive component manufacturing, distribution and retailing, and energy.
His practice focuses on three types of work:
- Developing business strategies, typically for B2B companies. This work most often includes documenting customer purchasing behavior, segmenting the market, investigating cost economics and evaluating competitive positions.
- Designing the business models necessary for implementation. Often this work focuses on very specific aspects, such as sales force compensation, transfer pricing or organizational realignment.
- Investigating the economic evolution of commodity industries by constructing supply and demand curves, and modeling equilibrium behavior over time.
Frank started his consulting career with Booz-Allen & Hamilton, where he served clients for seven years as a strategy consultant. He also was a consultant with The Hackett Group, held logistics positions with Federal Mogul and APS. For the last eight years he has served clients as a strategy development and implementation consultant, both independently and as part of teams fielded by other firms.
Frank has an MS in Industrial Administration from Carnegie-Mellon University, and an engineering degree in Computer Science from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, with a specialization in Numerical Mathematics. He resides in Houston, Texas with his family.
